As COVID-19 continues to rapidly evolve, impacting the daily lives of us all, I wanted to share an update on how we’re adapting to our current “new normal”.
Right now, as many of us are, we are practicing full precautionary measures for self-isolation and physical distance. That means that while we have, unfortunately, needed to reschedule some site visits and quote consultations these past two weeks, we are still open and here for you. We will continue to do so for as long as we are able. We want to help you create more great spaces at home to enjoy together as a family.
To do so, we have made a few modifications to our operations to ensure we can still help you create, or maintain, your outdoor space including:
- On-site project consultations will be done outside your home, one-on-one with our estimator. While we usually love to involve the whole family in the ideas, we ask that these meetings remain limited to 1-2 of your family members.
- Crews will be limited to no more than 3 staff on-site at any given time, though we will aim to keep this to 1 or 2 crew on site.
- In every interaction, working or consulting, we will adhere to the recommended spacing for physical distancing.
We’ve had many of you reach out to us already with ideas for updating your yard, building out a new outdoor space or installing elements for landscape maintenance. As the weather starts to warm and the snow starts to melt (knock on wood!), we know extending the living space of your house for your family will play an important role in making the most of this era of physical distancing.
To those who we have had to reschedule, thank you for your patience and understanding. We will be reaching out to rebook you as soon as we can.
These are uncertain, challenging times but we will get through this together. We’ll find our way into the sunshine, Calgary.
Stay healthy, stay safe, take care.
